PAPAS Payroll can either be used as a stand-alone product or be integrated with other modules, providing an easy and efficient monthly payroll process. The PAPAS Time & Billing module integrates into the payroll by providing all leave input, overtime and related information. The PAPAS Accounting module receives all payroll data and books all costs to the General Ledger, a monthly automated leave pay provision adjustment can also be activated. Payroll budgets can also be integrated into the PAPAS Accounting module.
PAPAS allows for the setting up of different User types, either Users who are also employees or Users who are not. Those marked as employees and already set up in other modules will automatically feature on PAPAS Payroll and vice versa.
