The Secretarial module is normally used by persons in public practice who administrate client details and recurring functionalities required by Income Tax and Company Secretarial legislation. This module provides a single place to set up your clients and client types / groups, which feeds through the entire system. The module also contains the tax records of each client as well as all statutory company secretarial information (if required), responsibility start and end dates, all static data on a client such as addresses, responsible partner / consultant and In-charge, the services the client requires (tax, accounting, secretarial etc) and more.
